IDW is a multi disciplinary creative studio with an exceptional quiver of photographic and the full spectrum of branding / graphic design. This 3000 Sq.Ft. office tenant improvement inside an industrial loft building in Oakland’s Jack London Square area is the result of a great team of creative professionals that believe in an open creative studio that allows team flexibility and fosters communication. Smaller groups or private calls use the several padded “quiet rooms” as needed. A conference room separated from the main space with a steel framed glass wall is used for larger meetings and group work sessions.
The building uses simple and striking concrete columns, floors, and ceilings. The new custom furniture brings warmth and function to the minimal working environment. Featured materials are oak, hot rolled steel, and concrete.
